Keep it simple
Share your UPI ID or a UPI link with the exact amount, plus the order number as the note. Customers pay from their UPI app and send a screenshot or tap “I have paid”.
Reduce mistakes
Always include the amount in the link, and check the payee name in the customer’s app matches your business. Use our free UPI link and QR tools to create them.
Confirm before you ship
Check the payment in your bank or UPI app before dispatch. A screenshot alone is not proof of payment.
