Questions
Do I need Shiprocket?
No. You can record a shipment made with any courier, with its tracking link, and customers are still told.
Who pays for shipping?
You do, to Shiprocket. WhatsCommerce adds no shipping charge.
What about the 24-hour window?
Updates are free text inside 24 hours. After that we use your approved “Order shipped” and “Order delivered” templates, which are ready-made in Templates.
Can a customer be sent updates twice?
No. Each stage is sent once, and an old scan never repeats a newer message.
