Send a broadcast

In the app: Campaigns

   Open Campaigns and choose New broadcast.

   Pick an audience by tags, customer type or recent activity.

3. 3

   Choose an approved template and fill in variables.

4. 4

   Check the cost estimate, then send now or schedule.

5. 5

   Watch delivered, read and replies on the broadcast page.

You need a balance of ₹200 or more before your first template or broadcast.
